The secondary has been completed. This is movement that is unrelated to the secondary. A Merrill Lynch upgrade the other day helped, as will the Lehman upgrade today. The Merrill upgrade discussed a potentially important development. They talked about Loral buying Comsat's share of New Skies NV, the six sat company being carved out of Intelsat. They also mention the possibility of Loral getting part ownership in Intelsat itself eventually as they privatize. This is huge. Rememeber from a post long ago that Orion and Intelsat together control 65% of satellite internet traffic. Loral would also be able to offer a myriad of services worldwide with access to these sats.

Milestones?
--July 8 Zenit launch
--a firm date for the first G* Zenit launch
--continued gateway rollout/handset production
--what will we buy with that extra secondary money?
--closing of the Soros deal-there is a third party interested in a stake in G*(or increasing a stake), plus both Loral and Soros will likely buy more than the press release indicated
--As we approach September/October, it is time to start launching the GEOs like Telstar 6, SatMex5, Orion 3, Telstar 7
--C* begins service in the fall--is there a deal with @Home in their future?
