However, they are now focused on 3 core areas, which combined represent ~95% of current revs. and have been showing 30%+ y/y growth for over the past yr. Sounds like neither of us argues much about the two companies making a decent match, we just disagree on the price. I, for one, will not be voting in favor of the merger unless terms are changed to assure a higher value for ISLI shareholders.
