Agreed Sandie. Let's see. A few months ago, Texaco lawyers, refinery management and technical staff, and maybe even bigger managers are looking over the paperwork for a deal with a small oil services company. Along comes an Arabian country sitting on a big portion of the world's oil supply. I wonder if some priorities got shifted?
