Most definitely still in BIOF! I'll be holding this one quite a while, Tom. Short-term we have:
1. The other assets that Litchfield will contribute;
2. Market to realize what we have here: a pharmaceutical company that has been marketing to a very poor population of only 25 million that will soon have huge markets open to it.
3. China connection
4. Potential lawsuit settlement with brokers.

Long-term we have potentially a much larger company in an ever growing market.

Personally, I wish I had more to invest in this stock, but all this is ONLY MY OPINION! Every investor must do their own research and make their own decisions.

I have heard from other investors that the proxy for the BIOF transaction will be going out sometime this month, but that was several weeks ago.

Holding long,

Tom
