Spencer sent this to me, and before you think it is all hype, he has been faxing me copies of the letters. It's real.:

A while ago we were asked what we were doing, other than the usual normal stuff to promote GRNO. Follow me as I give a real example.
7/22/96 - a letter is written and sent to Vice President Al Gore. After all the environment is a major issue with him and we were having a slow afternoon. What the heck, why not!
7/31/96 - VP Gore writes back. Well, it is an election year. But it was a nice letter. Maybe we can do something with the letter at a later date.
10/22/96 - VP Gore writes again. Boredom on the campaign trail? Are the polls closer than we thought? Don't know. BUT, this time he gives specific suggestions as to who we should contact and what we should do. "Your proposal is an innovative one, and warrants proper review. The...EPA may be interested in evaluating your suggestion. I hope that you will take the time to send your proposal to the department that specifically handles such ideas." DONE, in a heartbeat!
10/22/96 - back to the word processor. Letters to Carol M. Browner,
Administrator, US EPA adn Robert J. Huggett, PhD, Assistant administrator for Research & Development.
DEAR BOB & CAROL, "I received a letter from Vice President Al Gore asking that I write your regarding a new innovation..." (my pen pal Al said I should write....)
10/25/96-Chicago Tribune - article "Is America Running On Empty" by Senator Richard G. Lugar. I know that guy! He's in the next state over. Back to the WP! DEAR SEN. LUGAR, "My pen pal Al and I were just talking about this with Bob & Carol..."
11/7/96 - Sen. Lugar writes back (allright a new pen pal!)
11/21/96 - a newer pen pal. Letter received from E. Timothy Oppelt,
Director, National Risk Management Research Laboratory "It appears...that EnviroEconomics plants marketed by Green Oasis may be able to make a significant impact on the reuse of waste oils. ...you might consider participating in a new program called Environmental Technology Verification..."
We'll get back to you Tim.
12/1/96 - somehow a list of 400 Environmental organizations and foundations found its way to our office. Any ideas?

Just a little bit of desemination of info to the shareholders out here
I found it interesting that Vice-President Gore's office would send another unsolicited reply to Spencer's letter. It at least shows that MicroCap is taking quite a few steps to build awareness of GRNO's process.
