Updates are free, a little time consuming since you are downloading the entire database then it has to reindex etc. Hope your machine is up to date I mean at least 100mgh 16 meg or better. I've been using it about a year and will not renew my subscripion I haven't had much luck with ta. Don't count on getting your monthly newsletter on time if you get it at all and it's really useless, not much advice. Have you visited the website www.papyrus.com and downloaded internet trader? It's free and really maybe all your looking for. You can't use as complicated screens but then maybe you don't need to. I'll be using internet trader to try to look at charts. Good Luck Dave
