Tonto, I agree that the picture may be even worse than the news release indicated, but just looking at the news release: 1. No revenues 2. Product problems 3. Convertible debt (we all know where that leads.....) 4. CEO being replaced 5. Last ditch funding from officers and directors (actually a positive that they are willing to put money in, negative that they must do so) 6. Layoffs in a small tech company, other good folks will now leave.
