Handshake: "ALL" What about the "SEC" ? If a "BB" STOCK must file FORMS for QTR'S

on time like the rest of the large issues do, well where do we find the copy that
is sent to the SEC? Seems strange that I read were "BB" issues are to have the
paper work in by the due date of June 30, 1998 yet on the SEC site I cannot find the
list of any "BB" issues that were filed to meet the deadline. Why is the SEC holding
back on issuing the informatin that is offered for all common and nasdq stock???

We should see the financials that must be at the SEC right now as the time is past
for that info....IMO....the companys would have a extra 30 days I think to publish
information of the financials to the stockholders in print or a news rls. What do you
think of my request for information on this paperwork ? out of the question ?
Also on the issue of one company in the USA today, there is in the reading that the
company was requested to file paperwork each qtr. so let's see the info on the SEC.
site to protect shareholders investments if they wish to help ! And That's JMVHO on
the issue. Now off to the fun of life
