Don, we all have our own investment wisdom, but one thing I've learned is that it's better to put dead money to work elsewhere, if even in a money market mutual fund. SFAM will be dead money for the visible future. It's also often better to just cut your losses if you have them, but since you're still in the black, why not take a little profit now and pull out of SFAM until you know there's a recovery ahead? Semi-equip makers get hammered like this and don't bounce back until the whole industry is booming again. This downturn is far worse than what we went through in 1996, IMO, and the CMP competition picture is also worse for SFAM than it was back then.
