I don't know UTI.

MDCO was once a leader. It has now regressed it appears. It is not a second tier company based on name brand or equipment, but I think it may be considered to be a notch below RIG, DO, RB in the current market environment.

I own a lot of MDCO but am not selling. MDCO could be the target of a buyer at any time. Therefore I think that little edge warrants holding it for a long shot take over.
