B: VSI ANNOUNCES HIGHEST QUARTER REVENUE IN HISTORY
NORCROSS, Ga., July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- VSI Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq:
VSIN) announced today that based on a preliminary review of its results
for the second quarter ended June 30, 1998, revenues will be in excess
of $7 million, a significant increase over first quarter 1998 revenues
of $2.86 million. The second quarter revenues are in line with
information provided by the company in the May 15th press release,
which stated that VSI was planning for second quarter to be the highest
revenue producing quarter in its history.
VSI expects to announce complete second quarter results by July 30,

second quarter is a strong indication that VSI's new team and increased
sales and marketing efforts are on the right track. In addition to
delivering several large, multi-system orders to existing customers,
