You have asked to to comment on your observations that the Yahoo insider board lists only planned sales dating back to 1997 and thus why would they not have sold their shares by now if they thought the company was going under.

a)What does your Yahoo board indicate as to how many buys have been made by insiders since 1997? Certainly those closest to the action would have have been snapping up shares at the fire sale prices that have reached .13 since April if they were confident in the company's bright and prosperous future.

(Incidently, three additional 144's have been filed by insiders since 6/19 that do not yet appear on the Yahoo board.)

b)Those that have filed to sell are no doubt sick about the stock price of recent months since most of those holding shares that are registered for sale have a basis of .50 or greater. The fact that none of them have averaged down by buying additional shares at such fire sale prices provides some insight into thinking of those on the inside. The holsters are empty, the guns have been drawn and and the triggers cocked. I believe you will see insiders firing off sale orders if and when the price reaches .50 Perhaps some have already followed the lead of Mr Gordon, upon learning of his sale of 6+ million shares.

Topfuel, Why do you seek a contrarian opinion from me on such a controversial subject at a time when the stock price is rallying? Are you short?........Just kidding!

Congratulations to all the TSIG bulls on the recent price surge. I hope the stock continues to rise and make all of you with iron clad stomach's very wealthy.
