Well, I still want to get to the bottom of this. Why would he want to give us a half truth or distort a fact? I am giving him the benefit of the doubt, and would even accept if he said he made a mistake. After all, he is a professional, or so he has said.
He gives no profile, but has said he wants us to think, and claims that DGIV is a scam and none of their contracts have much value. Those are serious charges, and we have tried to verify as much as we can, as amateur investors.
Whenever we have called their POP locations, we have confirmed that they are there. Some have called Germany and verified the contract. He claims that we called the wrong person in Germany, and so Juanita asked for the right phone number of who he spoke with. I spoke with Juanita this morning and she has not received any such phone number from him.
I have visited the SEC to see if DGIV is a scam and have not found anything negative.
DGIV has made some mistakes, as with their prediction of Form10 filing dates, and I have been as hard on DGIV for that as I have on anyone else. So I am just trying to verify his claim that there was a 168k block trade at 3:09PM yesterday that accounted for most of the volume.
He used this to conclude that therefore we should put no credence in DGIV's price rise yesterday, at least that is what he was alluding to. So I am just trying to do my dumb old DD and verify that, as he has asked us to do with other things. So far I am coming up empty.
