Pig: Did you ever think Amati would get taken out at $20? Actually the contracts WSTL has and number of lines for potential deployment allow a $700-$800 million takeout...IMHO I think the deal is done and agree with the poster its probably a stock deal and due to be completed by year-end.... long a long time.... good luck,
