X, This market REALLY is baffling... One of the absolutely BEST indicators I have ever know now just totally refuses to work. So as to your question, CLASSICALLY, I would say you are right. But from a current "bubble-headed" thinking, it probably won't work out that way. Since the rumor has not been denied right away, and they seem to have a hard time establishing credibility... I would give you much better than even odds that it is true. Another hint, where is that holiday rally? I think things may be much bleaker than anyone is saying and they are waiting for markets to close to make any announcements. THAT is another reason I want more puts. Bill
