Ram: With all due respect, I just don't believe this. The major players are reporting strong inflows of Y2K business. It seems like the inferior players use this excuse as a scapegoat for failure to close direct and/or indirect revenue opportunities. After all, we only have a little over 1 year before the clock strikes zero, I can't believe that competent managers would still have this "lack of urgency". DD
