Anyone can meet a revised estimate.(COMPANY REVISED DOWNWARD) The problem is outlook looks bleak 18 months out. AMAT seems to be priced with a 2 qtr turnaround. That is not simply going to happen. Just heard KLAC is looking for better signs back half 99 at earliest. Anyway, how good could outlook be when company wide SHUTDOWNS are being implemented. Shutdowns mean NO SALES, NO PRODUCTS BEING MADE,etc... This translates into weaker qtr for AMAT.
