<<BEL has NO doubts about WSTL cap. they are set to deploy it over 7 million lines.>>

If you are saying that in the next year BEL will buy at least 7 million modems from WSTL for CO and maybe as many for customer premises then how do you explain Dr's earlier messages about company is being offered for sale??? (Probably as low as $16-$21 a share)

14 million modems with net income of $50 each would generate $700 millions profit. It would've translate into $20.00 earning per share and the stock price at least $200 (with p/e=modest 10). BEL will buy 14 million modems??? I think not!!!! Neither does the street.

<< you know very well that GTE wanted a frame relay solution. when they migrate to ATM, i feel pretty certain that WSTL will get some>>

From what I have read the talks about Frame Relay demise on the account of ATM being better are slightly exagerated. ASND successes as of late are attributed to Frame Relay, which turns out to be more cost effective for the backbone operations. If this info is correct then your rosy scenario might prove to be iffy.
