Yen shorts have already reshorted the yen. Unless the US or the BOJ decide to try to support it again we basically pick up where we left off. We did see a stuff the mattress move this AM. So much for bonds. Now stocks .. I expect to see some of the fed liquidity to make its way to bonds .. however more of it will flow into stocks. Please note that the funds are not there yet .. They will be over the weekend. The additional funds in the banking system will make it cheaper to margin the market. Such funds would also be needed to cover shorts, in the event that we see a short cover rally. "I know nothing..I know nothing..I know nothing..." Gersh
