Stewart, I view the announcement with a slight negative bias. Perhaps the new directors bring some business savvy to the organization, so this can't hurt. But, the new investors have board representation totally out of whack with their ownership interests. I have a bit of concern about the potential for $25 million of new debt or equity. While TOTL has been making good progress with their improvement, I still believe they have a ways to go completing the turnaround, before they start defocussing their efforts with acquisitions. My guiding principle on penny stocks is to look closely anytime one tries to grow through acquisition. But, acquisitions sometimes fill a strategic need, although TOTL has yet to articulate this need. I'm more interested in seeing how the current quarter shapes up, although I may bail before earnings are announced. While I'm still waiting to see if this is an "investing" stock, it's still a pretty decent trading vehicle. Carl
