To All Just picked up the mail. Letter from PKGP notifying of R/S. Enclosed was transmittal form to be returned w/cert. Must be returned by 7/15 for replacement free of charge; thereafter per cert issued fee of $10.00 will be due with the transfer instructions. Letter and postmark from Plainview NY:6/30. I seem to recall a posting where someone had talked to RA and related that the final decision wasn't made until around 2pm on 6/30.Wow, now that's efficiency Warm Regards, Scottoo P.S I am in possession of my cert
