JC, because the irresponsible posts, that have caused the price fall in DGIV has to stop or it will happen again. Look at every post that related to the Form 10SB, it's importance, and it's immediate release, for over a month. I bet there had to be a thousand posts that said all will be revealed and soon, when the 10 is filed.
So what happens, the real world interferes, and the 10 gets delayed. No big deal. Except the hypers on this thread built it up so much that the stock crashed hard because the expectations that the irresponsible cheerleaders created were disappointed!
You can blame the bashers, but it was not them, that made people believe that Nasdaq listing was any moment for the past few months, no that was Racketeer$ and the hypers. How come people began a 30 day countdown over 4 dollars back in April? Who wasth eone person who said not to expect it soon? Was it Byron or Rocketman? No it was me. I was trying BACK THEN to head this off, but people accuse me of trying to hurt DGIV, when I have been trying to help. The truth helps, and all else, though it may create a temporary buble, hurts more in the end.
When did DGIV tank? The first day after the newsletter came out, delaying the filing, coincidence? Please. However is Byron and Bullmarket and the rest had NOT built up people's timeframes to IMMEDIATE, then the drop would have been maybe half as bad, maybe none at all.
Why did I come back today? Look at the messages today, this week, this month is going to be the big one! Everything is coming SOON, BUY NOW, so what happens come August no news of significance comes out?

If the news is as good as advertised, and its been advertsied since mid-April, then it does not need to be Pre-Hyped, that will actually lessen it's impact. At this point, I have heard over two thousand times about THE MERGER/ACQUISTION. So next disappointment is going to lead to under 2, but it does not have to.
But Just let the Hypers set it up, so it can tanked again, because you have people looking for NEWS NEWS NEWS NOW NOW NOW, instead of true long term investors, who will focus on the company. For all the talk of fundamentals, the only thing that gets talked about is how big the next one will be... |
