Danny: You should differentiate between the "fair" market value of the stock and what people actually buy and sell the stock for. This stock is very thin, when enthusiasm for the stock will spread, the price may exceed its fair value, but when no enthusiasm is there, you will get a very undervalued stock. Add to that Mark and my gibberish about the technical picture drawn by stock trading patterns and you get total confusion. My own long term target for the stock was a seven bagger with an initial sell point of 11, but I may change my mind and sell at around 3 or wait till it goes to 15 or even more.

Your basic assumptions for valuation purposes are sound, however, the market also acts as a discounter of future profitability of a company. By the time (let us hope) that the market will recognize the feasibility of earning of $.50/share (and I doubt that they will pay any taxes during the first year of profitability since they have appreciable carryforward development expenses), it will project next year's earnings, which should be at least $.65 (taxed this time) and thus put on it a price in excess of $15.
