Not good.

Even T-Mex could not get DCGR moving very much. When I compare the two, HVAR seems like a better company than DCGR. Even with lots of volume, DCGR was only able to go from .15 to .24 which isn't much of a run. I think small cigar stocks are sitting in troubled waters, and won't move a lot until the sector turns. Long term HVAR looks like a great buy to me. Short term, I don't see it moving much.
