Thank you very much for responding to my inquiry in such a timely fashion... I am happy to hear that the information that was given to me was incorrect, and that buying power is credited immediately after funds are posted to an account. However, you should be aware that I was told, on several occassions, that if I sent a personal check to fund my account I would not only be unable to trade for ten business days, but that I would also not be able to even receive the software until the funds had actually cleared. If this information is inaccurate, which I believe you have just attested to, then perhaps the appropriate parties should be notified of such.

Once again, I have been very impressed with the high level of customer service that I have received thus far, and I hope that me bringing up this issue hasn't taken away from how appreciative I am.
