Joe .I am not sure but assuming mink had not payed there share of exploration costs they would most likely be the ones in default not Ashton,as george stated every thing of value that is found goes to the Ahton Mink side ,51% ASHTON maybe 10%or 20% MALI GOV.39 or 29% MINK .IT appears on the surface if anything is found Mink becomes the minority shareholder.IT was my understanding after Georgie posted his Explanation that the only thing that was certain was that MINKS 49% of nothing And if something of value was found the agreements still needed to be neg, Regards Jim
