Reminds me of the story of a claim made in Hong Kong for sick leave . . . .

. . . ."We set the pulley up on the roof, and threaded the rope through the sheave. Huang remained on the roof while your claimant went down to the street, attached the basket and raised it to the roof. Huang began to load the basket with the broken tiles, while your claimant held the basket in position from below. Unfortunately, the basket became too heavy for your claimant to hold, and started down toward the ground. Even more unfortunately, your claimant failed to let go of the rope and began to be lifted toward the roof. At the third floor, your rising claimant met the descending basket and, though able to hold on, was severely bruised on the shoulder. When the basket hit the ground, your claimant hit the pulley, lacerating his left hand and causing a scalp cut that needed 64 stitches to close. At the same time, the basket had partially split, discharging some of its contents onto the ground. The basket, now lighter than your claimant, started up, and your claimant started down. Once again they met at the third floor, inflicting severe contusions on your claimant's right side and underneath his right arm. Your claimant continued downward, and the basket continued upward, until the basket hit the pulley and your claimant hit the tile-strewn ground. The impact broke your claimant's right ankle, and immediately thereafter, your claimant was pelted by several pieces of tile that had fallen out of the basket when it hit the pulley. One of the pieces of falling tile hit your claimant on the head, causing a concussion, and your claimant unwittingly released the rope, whereupon the basket and its remaining contents fell heavily upon your claimant, breaking his left shoulder and causing internal injuries.

For these reasons, your claimant repectfully requests 30 days' medical leave."

Sounds a little like what PKGP shareholders have been through.
