Its a pointless exercise. There is no such thing as constructive criticism. If your points are negative, then you are short. If you are saying buy, buy, buy, you are long.
This isn't the forum it should be. I stated items of fact and asked people to debate the facts and what did the "hypers" say, ignore him. So don't waste your breath since you are trying to attack their baby, they will defend it to the end.
Its just like a bad child who causes trouble and they say, "not my baby, it couldn't be him, he's a good boy." (this is right after he has broken windows, painted the neighbors cat, wrecked your new china, but no then he is a good boy that's simply misunderstood.
There is a reason why professionals make money and the general public gets fleased and screwed all the time. Novices in the market are like sheep, they are followers, looking for that winning lotto ticket. No one realizes the odds against it, or the basis on which you would even have to stand to even have a chance.
If you debate the technology with the DGIVers, you are not to be believed (with the exception of a few courteous individuals who are at least willing to listen and discuss, even if they don't agree). Then if you doubt the facts, you are short.
And when you do prove things to be a fact, well then they are old news.
The facts don't change and the circumstances don't change, its smoke and mirrors. The Form 10 does not change the outlook of the company at all. The NASDAQ listing well I won't get into that one, but needless to say they don't qualify (but that's right I don't know what I am talking about), but the NASDAQ listing doesn't change the facts or the company's outlook either. The mere fact that the company has a $50+ million market cap and it isn't there yet well that's another issue. Then everyone says they are going to the moon and when I say they have no money and that it takes money to make money, they say that's old news. Well, "SHOW ME THE MONEY" and if they have money or have raised money why wouldn't they tell you. (by the way they haven't raised money). So how is this rocket taking off (with a wing and a prayer and an empty checkbook).
So simply stated, rational thinking does not come into play, it is simply emotional. So this stock will continue to trade all over the place. When the company disappoints it will go down, when they manufacture press releases it will go up and the shorts, longs and other day traders will move it the hell all over the place.
There is one fact about wall street though and that is all stocks will like a guided missile, trade right where they belong over time. They may be over valued or undervalued, but they all land up somewhere in between.
Another big mistake "Microtrading" One up day or week, One down day or week, means squat. During the course of the week, if there is nothing new fundamentally, it is simply trading itself out. There is nothing to read into. People get tired of stocks, shorts get disinterested or interested, there are hundreds of reasons why a stock trades the way it trades and its anyones guess.
Time will tell all whether they have made a good decision or bad decision. I still scratch my head when people say I bought it at .15 cents and won't sell at $15. Let's see, if they bought at .15 cents and it went to $8 in less than 3 months, that's over a 5,000% profit. The average investor is making 15% in the market and you make 5000% in 3months or 20,000% annualized and you are not selling, well you now have a new definition of the meaning of irrational. Why somebody would give back profits when its hard enough to make money in the market over the years, well you answer that question. Pros struggle to return 15% a year and if anyone were able to return 30% or 40% a year consistently, they would be considered a god. But it just doesn't happen in the real world.
So all that aside and coming back to the point if you are looking for intelligent conversation or constructive criticism (with the exception of a select few) you are in the wrong place.
Wait and read the bashings I get from this post and that should answer you question.
This thread would make a great soap opera. We can call it "As the stomach turns"
There's intrigue, deceit, hidden agendas, ulterior motives, longs, shorts, hypsters, promoters, you name it we got it. |
