BKS advertising for the internet is all I've heard here in the upper midwest (Minneapolis area). we added BKS as well (there's been a few radio spots for Amazon). according to the AMZN thread, AMZN offers more titles, and BKS has the stores to maintain, thus lower margins. however, i went to look for Norweigan to English translation books and NO ONE offered this. so much for over 200,000 titles.
