Peter-the relationship w/CACI only began last June and was further strengthed w/a broader reseller agreement in late summer. Uder that agreement CACI provides the software installation, training and support scvs required for the implementation of the JFS technology...DOCU provides the products...thus the margin is significant.. In a sense this is all 'new' in that it has taken place over the past few months. As to how much product could be involved over the 5yr duration of the CACI award?-do not know. gary
