You can also vote via internet : www.proxyvote.com I voted against reversesplit. I asked Dick a week ago if they met all requirements for small cap status apart from the price and the answer was no ,not yet.They have to wait for for the new line of products to come in August ,earnings and Xmas sales and some other things therefore it is definitely premature to be talking about RS. and I hope everyone votes against it for the time being.
