Does anyone have any views on where INTC is going on a 3-5 year
span.

Short term, look for 85. Under your scenario, that is probably extremely short term. INTC is currently in the summer lull of it's product cycle -- it's best quarters are the 4th quarter and 1st quarter (CY). I'm sure there are a wide spectrum of opinions that go from "This stock is going to Hell." to "Buy like crazy, we won't get a dip like this again."

The bottom line, from my perspective, is a) INTC is a monopoly, b) their earnings will improve going forward until there is some solid fundamental business reason to believe otherwise (there currently isn't), and c) there is no valid competition on the horizon. I'd worry more about DIS and PIXR than INTC and MSFT.

One man's opinion...
