Thanks for the post. Some of us were aware of it earlier today.

It is clear now what many of us have said all along. The company we invested in and supported, some of us for over 10 years, became quite successful earlier this year. The fruit of the work now shows.

The quote from Mr. Neches is quite telling. While he directed our interests earlier this year, had he honestly conducted himself in his sworn duties he would have been announcing IMS, our success. Instead he announced "his" success? He is in the face of thousands of IMS investors. He had nothing to do with this library, he has everything to do with its piracy. Getting the "system" to accept the truth is difficult. But if we can't depend on getting the facts considered, what the hell good is this system?

From my vantage, if you have quit with this stuff in your face, you deserve to be beaten my friend. When you are called to pitch in do your part to right this wrong. Feel free to e-mail me if you wish to get more involved.
