Jockey Boy,

Thanks for providing a format that demonstrates just how deranged you really are!

Lie #1. Your very first post on this thread which was on May 15th after the market closed wherein you indicated that there was a one million share block of LSI for sale. It never happened. This means that you lie about quotes

response: This statement shows how ignorant you are. Just because there ar 1M shares offered does not mean it goes off in one block. After May 15th the price fell from 23 to 21 showing the stock was in distribution from institutional holders. It happens over time Jock, rarely in one block unless there is a panic mode. I have access to the data, you do not so don't tell me what is happening when you don't have the data. Your convoluted logic to reach the conclusion that I lied because 1M share block did not tick off demonstrates your complete lack of credibility. You have a conclusion in mind that you want to reach and you will use any interpretation of the facts, no matter how ridiculous, to reach that point. Your client appreciate this lack of ethics I am sure, but it doesn't work here.

Lie#2. Your posted Cnet article which was critical of a Minolta digital camera. You claimed it had an LSI Dcam chip. It didn't. This means that you lie about what products LSI has its chips in.

response: I did post the article BELIEVING this version of the camera had the new dcam chip in it. When it was kindly pointed out by someone that this version of the Minolta camera was an older generation and did not have LSI's chip in it, I clearly apologized and thanked that individula for setting the record straight. This is not a lie jockey boy, it is called a mistake. You should be familiar with those since you make them so regularly.

Lie#3. You posted a three week old link to a false story that indicated that LSI would not have any chips in Playstation II, despite the fact that there were public announcements from Montgomery Securities that LSI would be selling its chips for Playstation II. This episode means that not only will you lie, but when the story turns out to erroneous, you will blame LSI IR.

Response: Now this is a real screwed up one. I can't even tell what you are saying here, but here is the real story. The stock was tanking in the middle of a semi rally and I couldn't find out why. Someone on Yahoo, then posted an article which clearly claimed LSI would be out of the playstation. I shared it hear and said something like " I hope this isn't true for everyones sake" . that means me too jockey boy, because if LSI losses Sony I will never get my money back, understand and I have a lot more invested than you do. Subsequently, AFTER I posted that article someone else called IR and said they were told of a Montgomery write-up that speculated LSI was still in the Playstation 2. This is not a public document, it is a private analyst report. If it is public show me where it is jockey boy because it was never posted here. Now because I perform due diligence I did get a copy of that private report from another source and it indicates that they believe LSI is out of the playstation for the MPU but will have their DVD decoder in it instead. So the original article (which stated LSI would not have an MPU in playstation 2) may still be right jockey boy, how about that. No one knows the truth because LSI will not make statements claiming non-disclosure. Well, Jockey boy we have the same types of agreements at my company and many times we have worked with our partners to allow us to communicate relevant information to investors strickly for the reason of supporting the stock. This can be done in a way that does not give away any of your partners confidentiallity concerns. This is what good companies, that care about their shareholders do. They take pro-active steps and challenge the existing rules to make things happen. You may be satisfied with the status quo but I am not.

Lie#4. You published a post which indicated that Wilf Corrigan had predicted lower earnings this quarter because of Yen problems. You indcated that the information came from LSI IR, when if fact you knew it was a misquote from a Dow Jones article. This means that you lie about the CEO, IR, and future earnings.

response: Again, you have completly made this up because that is what you wanted to hear. I never indicated that information came from IR and anyone that follows the company at all would have recognized that the article I was referring to came from Dow Jones. You claim to know so much about LSI, but you failed to recognize something so simple. When you somehow didn't recognize this I pointed it out to you. The fact remains that the artcile said EARNIGS would be lower. I told you this was WRONG, but that is what the article said. There are many people out there aren't smart enough to realize this was a mistake and it should have been clarified but was not. This is another shortcoming of LSI and should not be allowed to happen.

Lie #5 You have made the ludicrous claim that you own 75,000 shares in LSI. This means that you are a very sad person who needs to impress others by lieing about herself. Oh, by the way, despite your claims to having been a straight A student, your writing suggests college dropout--sophomore year at best.

response: Now who is lieing jockey boy, you know nothing about me yet you make-up these things. You are a very desparate man and this paragraph highlights that quite clearly

Lie#6. Your lied in reply to my post where I asserted that LSI had outperformed the SOX since your first post of May 15th. You claimed that LSI had performed about even with the SOX. Not quite. There was a difference of 15% in the two prices. This means tht you will lie despite obvious evidence to the contrary.

responese: Now who is lieing jockey boy, when did you say anything about performance since may 15th? From the recent low's, both have performed about the same, despite the kurlak upgrade that was my comment. Again, you are finding data to fit a story rather than have the data tell a story. You really are unethical..

Lie#7. You have shown insouciant concern with LSI IR's performance in promoting the company to institutions. It was desinged to pass yourself off as just another investor in LSI. When I publically invited you to ameliorate the issue by acting as a intermediary with LSI IR, you belly turned soft. This means that you will use any flimsy excuse possible to get out of your lies.

response: I don't need your help jockey boy. I know how to use a phone. Why don't you send me your name and phone number, I have some friends in Chicago that might want to meet you.

Lie #8 Your supposed conversation with Diana Matley wherein Ms. Matley supposedly told you positive news on LSI, when the very next day analysts lowered their rating on LSI based upon imformation that was contrary to what you were told. You know IR departments keep logs of those things don't you? This means that you are willing to lie and harm a decent person such as Ms. Matley without regard to the consequences.

response: Again jockey boy, you show your ignorance here as well as your own propensity to make things up to serve your own purpose. You think every IR department keeps logs of every call they make or receive....you are nuts. However, lets suppose that EVERY call is logged at LSI. You should be able to find mine then and you will see the subsequent fall in LSI stock thereafter. Now if I wasn't told something positive why didn't I sell, you know how anxious I am to sell jockey boy. What you are saying does not make sense and you weren't even there yet you represent that you know more about the situation than I do. Do you also "create" witnesses jockey boy when your case isn't going well?

These are all LSI related lies that came from only one chronic pathological liar--you.

response: I think I just demonstrated that it is you who lies and is almost mentally deranged.

That just about gets us up to date on the lies. We won't get into your personal swipes at Shane, E, David, GP, Tony, or others because the swipes are not lies, rather they are just another side of your many many many sided personalities. Nor will we include your endless attempts to create the impression that there has been massive institutional selling since your inital May 15th post on this thread. The fats are that LSI has stayed even while the SOX has gone down 15%. I am sure there will be more lies to come.

response: Your continued focus on me, rather than the issues at hand also say a great deal about you jockey boy...not of it good I am afraid.

And now a final message. As others on this thread know, I have other important business that will keep me off of this thread until August 15th with the exception of my earnings report on the conference call. I have a strong suspicion that additional analyst upgrades will follow including Edelsotne's. For the long-term investor this is a superior paly for the next two or three years. I only stepped in because this pimple of a man or woman spread one too many lies. I look forward to returning August 16th. good luck and Good health to everyone

response: I am going to miss you jockey boy, but unless LSI hits the upper 20's prior to or shortly after that call, I'll be here waiting for you. I hope your stay at the mental hospital provides you with some much needed relief
