Trader Greg,

I'm pretty torqued over the Class B shares right now. If my thinking is correct, the Class B shareholder made out like a bandit. The class B shares will reap the rewards of the 70X increase in price and keep all their shares. That seems illegal doesn't it?

Just imagine if 800,000 class B shares were out. One day your equity is 800,000 x .07 = $56,000, and the next day it is 800,000 x 2.80 = $2,240,000. Thats a freaking profit of $2,184,000!!!

I'm not certain how the Class B shares are restricted, so if anyone knows please enlighten me....

I just don't understand how this is legal...I don't care about the R/S anymore...I'm just P.O'ed that the Class B's made out big time.
They saw no depreciation....To them the former PKGP pre-split hit $2.00

One other last thing... Why is it that no one can seem to come up with an exact share count?.... PKGP couldn't come up with one before the split and USXP can't come up with one now... Does anyone know how difficult it is to get an exact count? I would think that the company itself should KNOW EXACTLY how many shares outstanding they have...

"1.0 - 1.5 million shares outstanding just doesn't cut it..." That's like a 50% swing...

Anyways... Good Trading to you all...
