Lance, Unbelievable is right! I'm buried in it and can't get out. I still feel that there is some value left in the company, otherwise why would the investor be willing to pay .83 for it. I think we as shareholders have been mislead, and kept in the dark. What I would like to see is that VWD is spun off, or at least separated from the company, then Chapter 11. That way the remaining drug companies can be valuated for their own merits, which is why I invested in the first place. I still feel that they have significant technologies to offer, and could be worth millions in licensing deals. I am holding out for the meeting, but I couldn't recommend that everyone should do as I do. My thoughts are that I would be better off with a total zero, then to sell here. Just my opinion. But one thing is for sure, the company and it's officials should be held accountable for their mishandling of this whole mess. They have continued to burn money and play fiddles while Rome was burning. RB
