India has a patent that protects the process used to manufacture the drug, not the drug itself. At least till 2002. How many tons of the stuff do you want? I will personally go find someone willing to sell me the stuff and I will sell it you personally for 1/2 price :)

And like 50% of most drugs are samples.. hey if those docs are investing in VVUS, they need to get back their losses somehow..
