You may be correct, but how many loyal LD customers like myself did they lose because of this ISP blunder.

To me it's simply a case of one manager of t not thinking of another managers customers.

AT&T, as another poster has described, is not a premier ISP anyway, in terms of service. Why should we pay more to use them, when other less expensive options are available?

Armstrong screwed up, on the issue of raising prices for the ISP service, and on the merger with TCI. You might as well take your head out of the sand.
