SB, this might help put things in perspective. Latin America represents 5% of the total PC market. Q1, Year over year Compaq has grown it's shipments into this region by 17% while Dell has grown theirs by 60% and they've managed to do this without a sub 1k consumer offering. The bigger question would be "when" will Dell's growth slow in the region by way of business segment saturation where the price sensitive consumer base is needed to support growth? This situation is easily monitored qtr to qtr. Data suggests that there is lots of headroom left before this situation occurs. MEATHEAD
