The big volume test was in October, failed H&S on the weekly chart and now a big short term up move on way above average volume. Smoookiiiiiiiiin. Someboodieeeeeee Stop Meeeeeeeeeee! Just look at the result of the Dow Chart from July thru January and look at the end result of a failed H&S.
