There is a secondary offering coming but it won't provide the company with anything. Inbar and several other insiders are registered (EDGAR has the S-8 available) to sell over 550K shares. I usually don't care about insider selling (especially when they sell options) but when its the CEO and its one of these offerings...It has to be a pain to go through the entire registration process. I don't think Inbar would do it if things were looking great. I don't know if it dilutes the stock. Probably explains the recent downturn.
