Lan to LAN is what the release says whichmeans it places an overhead on the LAN. In the case of VidModem they operate over twisted pairs and place no burden on the LAN. OCOM has a great product but no one knows about it. They are trying to hit a home run when they could ahve been winning the game by hitting singles. They need to sel the product through interconnects. This product is definitely unique and hasn't been marketed properly. Unfortunately it is problematic as to whether or not OCOM will live long enough to get their sales going. JFD
