Intergraph Flings One Back At Intel

"We believe the patented technology being defended in our lawsuit is incorporated in the Pentium, Pentium Pro, and Pentium II processors--and it is likely that Intel is carrying the infringing technology forward into its Celeron, Pentium II Xeon, and Merced processors," Meadlock said in a statement. "Intel's potential liability is huge, with royalties accruing at least as early as last November when our lawsuit put Intel on notice that it was infringing."
