At prices close to cash/sh, SEEC and CMND prices are not so bad compared to
internet stocks that are valued at $2000+/subscriber with no income. Earthlink at 87?
Yahoo?

I will reiterate, investors pay for what they percieve the value of a company to be now and in the future. And that valuation changes continuosly as the marketplace changes, competition changes and other business changes.

Every quarter or so, the companies are evaluated by these investors. Many of these invesotrs are professionals. Its their business to evaluate and invest. They may be wrong. And many times they are. But their overall performance has to be good for them to remain in business for years and years as many have.

I, on the other hand, am an amateur investor. I dont know the cpabilities of other posters and the time they spend to evaluate companies.

All I know is that investors spoke today. And their message was loud and clear. We will have ot wait now for the next quarter to figure out what our investment is going to be worth. Meanwhile I can assure you its only going ot get worse. As someone said, who can trust this management now after they lied to us.

Finally, I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT THE LAST 2 DAYS OF UP MOVEMENT WAS MANIPULATION OF THE HIGHEST ORDER.

I sincerely hope that someone goes after these A@#$h@es that pushed the prices up and suckered people into buying or buying more to average their costs in a company that they belived in for years and "thought" that the payment was finally coming. Instead they got screwed by the company they trusted.

I AM MAD AS HELL. And I am writing ot the SEC with a copy to SEEC. Whether it will do any good, I dont know but I do want ot get it off my chest.
