Jeff, after looking over the 10Q I don't see how it looks that much different than the year end except revenues are higher.

Most contract news and Bemer news came out after this report period. I own a lot of Alydaar as do you. How is TPII and its financial situation different than Alydaar's a year ago. REg S shares etc. Same ype of disclaimer although maybe not as severe could have been seen on Alydaar's outlook. Without Reg S, Alydaar would have been in trouble. Convertible shares, Reg S shares, to me it is a way a small company gets much needed capital..

Many investors look at this thread and trade basis what they read. Unfortunate but true. I believe people need to look for themselves. Stock has been and still is risky. I believe they need Vertex 2000 to substantially breakout.

Lastly, very few Y2K firms seem to be doing well right now. Premise is that many companies are waiting too long. Question is, are they? Can they fix it themselves. Is Gartner group correct? Is Yardini's outlook overblown?

If they are right, then look out in 1999. If they are wrong, then I lose big. Que sera sera.
