To intimate that it is just marketing and reputation and not performance is bunk. You are suggesting that MIL spec devices are merely selected common parts? Very wise of you to make this observation. By carefully selecting dogs that are shot at we will be able to select a group bullet proof dogs to run messages through enemy lines.. All you need is a large enough starting cohort. Bill
