Thanks Jeffrey and Taoman, although I didnt get bit by SEEC this time around I did on PTUS and CMND and was looking for insight on insider sales as a red flag.

One more question though, say a 144 was filed March 18 to 100,000 shares. Have the shares been sold? Can they be sold March 18? Could they have been sold before March 18 and finally is there an expiration date on the 144?
