Ernie,

I've wondered about the same things. To date, I think the only information on the stockholders meeting has come via Joe Medsker and Grupo. Grupo organizing associated social functions is cool but seems the announcement for the official meeting needs to come from from the company. If this is a "real" stockholder's meeting versus just some SI'ers getting together for a short meeting and some partying, I, too thought there were regulations about advance notification, getting the information to all stockholders, proxy rights (if necessary for anything), etc.

Also just curious but I hope **the company** clarifies exactly what it is and what the expectations are ASAP.

Brad, you mentioned the meeting would be tax deductable. This wouldn't be the case if it were just informal would it?

Dan
