>>> The buyout won't happen by the end of our contest so it will still be UTI.<<<

It appeared to me that the stock has already been rolled. Here is the news release. Although it says notes, there is no quote for UTH.

>>>NYSE to delist Union Texas Petroleum notes

NEW YORK, June 30 (Reuters) - The New York Stock Exchange said Tuesday it had suspended trading of Union Texas Petroleum <UTH.N> 8.25 percent senior notes due Nov. 15, 1999, in light of the company's sale to Atlantic Richfield Co. <ARC.N>, which took effect June 29.

The NYSE said it plans to apply to delist the issue.
