The order was placed on Wednesday 27 November.I am trying to discern exactly what was ordered and the total value. First step in process is to identify the government contracting officer who handled this buy. Second step,if contracting officer will not provide answers is to go the freedom of information route. This takes a bit of time but is generally successful where national security is not involved. At same time my sources have been alerted. When a get a verified input I'll post.
